With the goal of going abroad, Arielle started selling her baked products when she was 11 years old. Her earnings allowed her to visit Ecuador the following summer after a lot of love and labor in the kitchen. Through her adolescence and the beginning of her 20s, she maintained her passion of baking and travel.


Following some struggles at her job and some soul searching, she enrolled in pastry school and graduated on her 25th birthday. Since then, she has been constantly baking! She took on more special orders as her professional confidence rose, and eventually she was able to resign from her job and work only for her clients. She set up shop in her garage as a professional pastry kitchen in 2017 and operated there for a while.


Finally, she outgrew that location, and in August 2020, she formally opened the storefront. Since then, there has been a flurry of cake, enthusiasm, development, cookies, and perhaps a few tears. Your discovery makes us happy, and we can't wait to bake for your upcoming special occasion!
